LIŔONA is the solo practice of Liron Eldar-Ash.
 
I'm a creative lead who shape teams and worlds by balancing concept, storytelling, and craft. My focus is always on pushing for ideas that have a strong spine, a distinct point of view, and a reason to exist. I'm hopelessly passionate about leading talent & building visual languages that scale across platforms and feel alive in culture.

I like to stay hands-on, close to the thinking, the makers and the craft. For the past decade, I’ve hired and led multidisciplinary teams across brand, motion, and product storytelling.

Over six formative years at BUCK, within an environment defined by high standards and sharp creative leadership, I grew from Art Director to Creative Director, guiding clients and artists toward bold, high-fidelity client work.

Those pivotal partnerships spanned finance, technology, health, and culture, including Cash App, Google, Apple, Spotify, Illumina, Aave, Thorne, Eventbrite, and Zapier. Often, the role centered on defining a brand’s visual core and protecting it as it scaled across marketing, product, and experience.

Historically, Sagmeister & Walsh shaped my early instincts around conceptual scale, restraint, and visual precision, while my time as Head of Design at The-Artery shaped me as a builder of teams and a creative leader.

Today, my strength lies in building real alignment between in-house teams and the studio. Making the work cohesive and bold. I care as much about the foundation as the outcome, and I’m meticulous about both.

Outside formal roles, the practice has always extended into advising brands on identity and creative direction, mentoring emerging talent, and continuing to build and explore independently.

Currently, the practice remains intentionally open. It can live in-house at scale, alongside founders at an early stage, or within brands navigating reinvention. If you’re building something ambitious and need clarity, direction, or a sharper point of view, I’m open to the right conversation.
